Social Media Manager

About the role

Chalé Now, a food and grocery delivery service, is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to grow its online presence, engage the community, and drive customer orders through digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
• Create visual and video content, including graphics, reels, and short‑form videos, while ensuring brand consistency.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and monitor budgets and KPIs.
• Produce and send SMS, push notifications, and other customer communications to promote offers and retain users.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements.
• Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and manage brand reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting ability for captions, promotional messages, SMS, and push notifications.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of social media analytics and campaign optimisation.
