Marketing & Business Development Assistant

About the role

Springwood Offshore Services is seeking a proactive Marketing & Business Development Assistant to help expand its client base and strengthen its market presence within the energy and utilities sector. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive outreach initiatives, manage client relationships, and support the overall growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client prospects through lead sourcing and prospecting activities.
• Design and implement innovative client retention strategies, including marketing outreach and campaign coordination.
• Maintain social media schedules, create posts, and promote the company’s products and services.
• Respond promptly to client queries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Gather market intelligence, coordinate cold outreach, and keep the sales pipeline organized and progressing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business development or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Friendly demeanor with a professional appearance.
