Marketing Executive, Anglophone Africa

About the role

RightCom, founded in April 2013, is the leading customer experience management company in Africa, offering cloud-based CX software, management consulting and CX BPO, with a growing network of distribution agents. It is recruiting a Marketing Executive to design and run integrated campaigns that build awareness, engagement and leads across multiple Anglophone African markets. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners, and is based in Accra, Ghana or Lagos, Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own a marketing and growth strategy for the Anglophone Africa region.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, videos and client success stories.
• Support event planning, sponsorships and PR to position RightCom as an industry thought leader.
• Develop and run digital and offline campaigns, manage content calendars, email campaigns and social media.
• Oversee outsourced campaigns by marketing, PR and media agencies, report partner performance and track ROI.
• Track campaign performance, optimise ROI with data-driven insights and keep a consistent brand voice across channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Proven record of delivering double-digit growth in a B2B environment.
• Excellent writing and storytelling ability; creative mindset with attention to detail and results.

Required skills

• Digital marketing: SEO, social media, automation and analytics.
• Ability to manage and evaluate outsourced marketing and PR work.
