Content Creation and Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

Jetaway Travel And Tour is looking for a Content Creation and Digital Marketing Officer based in Accra. The role covers creating content for flight bookings, tour packages, hotels and other travel services, managing social media and running digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, enquiries and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
• Create content promoting flights, tours, destinations, hotel reservations and other services.
• Design and publish social media posts, graphics, flyers, short videos and reels.
• Manage social media platforms and keep a consistent brand identity across digital channels.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns to raise awareness, engagement, enquiries and sales.
• Monitor comments, messages and enquiries and respond promptly or refer them to the right team.
• Work with the Sales and Reservations teams on promotional content and follow up on digital leads.
• Support website content updates and SEO where needed.
• Track performance (reach, engagement, followers, traffic, enquiries, conversions) and prepare periodic reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, HND or relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Journalism, Media Studies or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience managing social media such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or lifestyle marketing is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Knowledge of digital advertising, social media analytics, content strategy and SEO.
• Basic understanding of lead generation, digital sales funnels and campaign measurement.
