Marketing Officer – Accra

About the role

The Marketing Officer will report to the Branch Manager and develop actionable marketing strategies to promote the micro‑finance services offered by the company in Accra. This full‑time position focuses on driving brand awareness, acquiring new customers and supporting the branch’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s financial products.
• Manage advertising, public‑relations activities and product development initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports to track campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales and acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, organised and result‑driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of marketing principles and selling techniques.
• Minimum HND in Marketing with at least two years of marketing experience in a financial institution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, creative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
