Marketing Officer

About the role

Add Brand Ventures is looking for an entry-level Marketing Officer to drive brand awareness and customer engagement for its premium product line, including gluten-free plantain chips and natural juices. The role supports both digital and offline marketing initiatives and works closely with sales, production and customer service teams to help with customer acquisition, retention and market expansion. It suits early-career professionals interested in branding, content creation and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) to promote products and build community engagement.
• Create brand-consistent digital content such as flyers, captions and short-form videos, following the red-and-white aesthetic.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via social media and WhatsApp.
• Conduct market research by collecting customer feedback and analysing competitor strategies to improve campaigns.
• Partner with the sales team on promotional campaigns, referral programmes and seasonal offers.
• Support offline activities such as product sampling events, trade exhibitions and distribution of branded merchandise.
• Monitor and report on metrics such as engagement rates, reach and conversion, with weekly summaries.
• Work with the production team so campaigns match product availability, launch timelines and inventory.
