Marketing Project Manager

About the role

The Marketing Project Manager will support Vodafone Ghana’s marketing initiatives by coordinating projects from conception to delivery. This full‑time position works closely with internal and external teams to keep projects on schedule and ensure high‑quality output. The role requires a proactive, self‑starting attitude in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Communicate project deliverables, status, and details with internal teams, external partners, clients, and vendors.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous project schedules across cross‑functional teams, including both internal and external resources.
• Develop, track, and manage project estimates and budgets.
• Coordinate vendor activities and ensure timely delivery of external services.

Required profile

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing and project management.
• Experience in an agency setting or an internal marketing department is a plus but not mandatory.
• Degree in marketing, communication, journalism, business or a related field is preferred, though not required.
