Marketing Specialist – Building Materials

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our Building Materials team at Keda Ghana Ceramics. The role will drive showroom performance, manage marketing activities and increase visibility for our brands Twyford, Micasso and Frencia across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee showroom construction from initial engagement through contract signing, design application and supervision until final acceptance.
• Follow up on rebate deductions related to showroom constructions.
• Coordinate and monitor regional advertising work, including banners, billboards and other media, ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Conduct regular market visits to check progress of showroom construction and advertisement execution.
• Perform market material price research and maintain updated records.
• Provide on‑ground support to boost sales performance and maintain an excellent showroom image.
• Travel monthly to market sites, inspect building stores and supervise projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales or showroom management, preferably in building materials or FMCG.
• Strong organisational, project‑management and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently for market and site visits.
