Mid‑Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

About the role
RocketDevs is looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join its remote network. You will be matched to client projects where you will own the development of modern web applications, from concept through production deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front‑end and back‑end components for SaaS platforms, AI‑powered workflows, and real‑time systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable, user‑focused software.
- Build and integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs, ensuring secure authentication and authorization.
- Optimize performance, debug issues, and ensure scalability of applications in cloud environments.
- Maintain code quality using Git workflows, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Required profile
- 2+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
- Strong technical foundation in modern front‑end frameworks and at least one back‑end language.
- Ability to showcase a deployed project that served real users, with clear explanation of your contributions.
- Self‑motivated, comfortable working remotely and communicating across distributed teams.
Required skills
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, Svelte, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, Zustand, Pinia, Context API.
- Backend: Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), Go (Gin, Fiber, Echo), Rust (Actix, Rocket), Ruby (Rails, Sinatra), Java (Spring Boot, Micronaut, Quarkus), PHP (Laravel, Symfony), C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core, Blazor), C++ (Wt, Drogon), Node.js (Express, NestJS).
- APIs: RESTful, GraphQL.
- Security: JWT, OAuth, session‑based auth, RBAC.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Version control: Git, GitHub.
- Containerisation & CI/CD: Docker, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure, Vercel.
