About the role
We are looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Associate & Data Analyst to support agricultural projects. The role involves developing MERL frameworks, collecting and analysing data, and contributing to evidence‑based decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of MERL frameworks for agricultural projects.
- Conduct research on agricultural trends and analyse data to generate insights.
- Develop learning materials, participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and support capacity building.
- Prepare reports and document MERL processes and outcomes for stakeholders.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in agriculture and willingness to learn.
