B2B Sales Executive

About the role

The B2B Sales Executive will work on‑site in Achimota, driving new business acquisition and nurturing long‑term relationships with agribusinesses and institutional partners. You will promote FIA’s technology, agro‑processing solutions and training programmes across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business customers, generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research, prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts and meet revenue targets.
• Visit clients and demonstration farms regularly, collaborate with technical and operations teams, and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Support marketing initiatives, represent FIA at industry events and contribute to product and service improvements based on market needs.

Required profile

• Strong B2B sales, account management and business development experience, preferably in agriculture or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, manage multiple accounts and meet targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or sales tools for pipeline management and performance tracking.
• Digital literacy – email, productivity software and social media platforms for sales outreach.
