职位概况

JW 萬豪酒店（位於加納阿克拉解放路機場城市酒店）招聘前廳部副經理，負責協助前廳部經理管理前廳部職能，監督行李員/門衛、總機和客戶服務/前臺團隊，確保入住退房流程高效運作，提升客人滿意度並優化部門財務表現。

主要职责

管理日常運營，確保品質標準，處理投訴與糾紛，推動服務持續改進
監督和管理員工，在經理缺勤時履行其職責，並確保員工在各班次的表現得到表彰
與前廳部經理協作，落實基於評論卡和滿意度調查的糾正行動計劃
確保遵守前廳部政策、標準和程序，監督信貸政策以降低壞賬和退款
定期與客戶互動收集反饋，並向員工提供回饋

任职要求

高中文憑或同等學歷，或經認可大學的兩年制酒店及餐飲管理、酒店管理、工商管理學位
2 年賓客服務、前臺或相關領域工作經驗；持大學學位者無需經驗
具備溝通、領導和團隊管理能力
