Operations Officer - Agricultural Support

About the role
This Operations Officer role is central to keeping the agricultural support network running smoothly. It involves working directly with farmers to build strong relationships, carrying out on-site farm inspections and making sure farmer accounts are reconciled accurately. The postholder also helps distribute farming inputs, keeps farmer records up to date and produces timely, data-driven reports.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively call and engage with farmers to give them support and gather their feedback
- Carry out regular farm visits to inspect and verify farming practices
- Reconcile farmer accounts accurately to ensure financial integrity
- Distribute agricultural inputs to farmers in a timely and organised way
- Enter and manage farmer data in the system and generate comprehensive performance reports
