Outsourcing & Staffing Specialist

About the role

The Outsourcing & Staffing Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end delivery of manpower outsourcing, temporary staffing and entry‑level recruitment for People & Partners Group and its clients in Ghana. Reporting to the HR & Compliance Manager and Head of Operations, you will ensure that all projects are fully staffed, compliant and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal account managers and client contacts to understand headcount needs for temporary, contract and junior roles.
• Prepare, track and obtain approvals for staffing requisitions and maintain a comprehensive manpower tracker.
• Source candidates for blue‑collar, field, sales, customer service, administrative and other junior positions using job boards, social media, referrals and field sourcing.
• Conduct first‑level screening, including CV review, phone interviews and basic testing, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or client representatives.
• Build and maintain talent pools for frequently requested roles to reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding for outsourced staff, including documentation, contracts, medicals, orientation and deployment to client sites.
• Ensure all mandatory documents are collected, accurately filed and kept up to date in both physical and digital formats.
