Part-time Upper Secondary Chemistry & Biology Teachers

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic part-time teachers to deliver Chemistry and Biology lessons to upper secondary students following the Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level programmes. The positions are based in Abelemkpe, Accra and involve creating a dynamic classroom environment that supports student achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry and Biology lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to coordinate curriculum and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and academic performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience at Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for working with adolescents and fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.
