Product Manager – Hotel SaaS (Ghana)

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the commercial growth of its cloud‑based hotel management platform in Ghana. You will work independently to acquire hospitality customers, drive subscription revenue and ensure long‑term product success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire hotels, resorts, lodges and guesthouses requiring property management software.
• Develop and execute market‑specific growth and customer‑acquisition strategies.
• Present and demonstrate the platform’s reservations, front‑desk, POS, housekeeping and financial modules.
• Convert trial users into paying subscribers and manage renewals to minimise churn.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, engagements and verified revenue.

Required profile

• Professional experience in hotel management, hospitality operations or related sectors (minimum 5 years).
• Proven ability to generate SaaS subscription revenue without a supporting sales team.
• Established network or ability to build relationships with hotel owners, general managers and operations managers.
• Strong commercial discipline, accountability and professionalism.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
• Familiarity with restaurant point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Experience with SaaS subscription models and business development in hospitality.
