About the role
The Business Partner and Bar Attendant will work on‑site at JohAnn Western Guesthouse, supporting daily operations while managing the bar area and assisting with guest services.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages, maintain bar cleanliness, and manage stock levels.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, monitor inventory, and report bar performance.
- Assist with guest check‑ins, support basic business planning and promotional activities, and coordinate with management on service standards and cost control.
Required profile
- Hospitality experience with strong customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light supplies.
Required skills
- Basic mixology and safe alcohol handling.
- Cash handling and inventory management.
- Fundamental budgeting and cost‑control knowledge.
