Professor – Business School (Various Departments)

About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for a full‑time Professor position within its Business School. The appointment may be made in any of the listed departments, providing an opportunity to lead teaching, research, and community engagement at a public university in Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
• Supervise student research projects and theses.
• Conduct scholarly research and publish in recognized journals.
• Participate in community service and outreach activities.
• Contribute to faculty development and academic governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Professor at a recognized university, or at least three (3) years as Associate Professor with a minimum of fifteen (15) peer‑reviewed publications.
• For Associate Professors seeking promotion, willingness to undergo GCTU’s promotion process.
• Three (3) referees with contact details.
