About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for the rank of Professor within its Business School. Candidates may apply to any of the listed departments, including Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, and Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching and supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Conduct and publish research in recognized academic journals.
• Engage in community service and contribute to faculty development initiatives.
• Participate in university governance and departmental committees.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Professor at a recognized university, or an Associate Professor with at least three years of experience.
• Minimum of fifteen publications in recognized scholarly journals.
• Three referees with full contact details.
