Project Manager – Fruit processing

About the role

We are a global food company focused on premium dried fruits and fruit snacks. As a Project Manager for fruit processing, you will lead the implementation of new production technologies and develop innovative products to expand our factory footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and validate emerging fruit processing technologies.
• Develop commercially viable fruit‑based products.
• Define technical specifications for procurement and equipment sourcing.
• Implement new manufacturing processes in our Ghana facilities.
• Support sales and marketing teams during product launches.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, research institutions, and universities.
• Conduct travel activities related to project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology or Food Processing.
• Professional experience in the fruit and beverage processing industry.
• Strong intercultural awareness and ability to work in diverse environments.
• Proven track record of successfully completed projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
• Advanced technical competence and curiosity.
