Project Manager – Fruit Processing

About the role

We are a globally operating food company seeking an entrepreneurial Project Manager to lead new fruit processing initiatives. You will drive the implementation of innovative production processes and help expand our factory footprint across Ghana and other regions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and validate emerging fruit processing technologies.
• Develop commercially viable dried‑fruit and snack products.
• Define technical specifications for procurement and equipment sourcing.
• Implement new manufacturing processes in our production facilities.
• Support sales and marketing teams during product launches.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, universities and research partners.
• Travel as required to project sites and partner locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Processing or a related field.
• Proven experience in the fruit and drinks processing industry.
• Strong intercultural awareness and ability to work in an international environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering successful projects.
• Creative, curious and results‑driven.
