Project Manager – Fruit Processing

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Project Manager to lead fruit‑processing initiatives in our Adeiso facility. You will drive the introduction of new processing technologies, develop commercially viable products and support the expansion of our manufacturing footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and implement innovative fruit‑processing technologies.
• Develop new product concepts and bring them to market.
• Define technical specifications and support procurement activities.
• Implement and optimise manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product launches.
• Work closely with suppliers, universities and other partners.
• Travel as required to support project activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology or Food Processing.
• Experience in the fruit and beverage processing industry.
• Strong intercultural awareness and proven project delivery record.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
• Creativity, curiosity and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food processing technologies and equipment.
