Regional Business Process Executive – West & South Africa

About the role

Pacific International Lines is seeking a proactive Regional Business Process Executive to lead process improvement, standardisation and digital transformation across its West and South Africa region. Based in Accra, the role works closely with regional leadership, business process owners, HQ functions and external vendors to turn business needs into practical, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process reviews and identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation, standardisation and best‑practice sharing.
• Analyse and design robotic process automation (RPA) and macro‑based solutions, collaborating with technical teams for implementation.
• Partner with Business Process Owners to gather requirements, draft change requests and implement system enhancements.
• Document end‑to‑end processes and ensure clear communication with agencies.
• Lead or support projects focused on sales and customer‑service processes, monitoring KPIs and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training for Business Process Specialists and agency stakeholders.
• Assist regional offices with change‑management activities and prepare performance reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations or a related field.
• Exposure to project‑management methodologies such as PMP, PMI, Agile or Scrum.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or proven experience applying continuous‑improvement techniques.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
