Remote Tutor Manager (Full‑time)

About the role

The Tutor Manager will lead the daily operations of StudiesMasters’ online tutoring team, coordinating live classes for Upper Primary, Junior High and Senior High students. This full‑time remote position is focused on maintaining high‑quality instruction and supporting learner success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, delivery and quality of live online tutoring sessions.
• Monitor tutor performance, provide coaching, feedback and professional development.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to review student progress and adjust learning plans.
• Maintain clear communication with tutors, students and families.
• Handle administrative tasks related to tutoring services and process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience managing or coordinating tutoring, teaching or academic support teams, preferably with Upper Primary, JHS and SHS learners.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Management or a related field; teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.
• Commitment to learner‑centered, fair and non‑discriminatory education.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online learning platforms and basic digital tools for live classes, reporting and coordination.
