Restaurant Floor Supervisor

About the role

A full-time, on-site Restaurant Floor Supervisor is needed in Oyibi, Accra, to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure a positive guest experience. The supervisor works closely with the restaurant management team to meet revenue and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise floor staff, coordinate table assignments and manage reservations and walk-ins
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and safety
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns
• Support sales through upselling and menu knowledge
• Train and coach floor staff, monitor performance and enforce company policies
• Prepare basic shift reports on service quality and customer feedback

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision, including front-of-house management, is highly beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
