Revenue Accounts Officer

About the role

The Revenue Accounts Officer will ensure accurate daily reconciliation of sales, manage bank statements, and maintain the integrity of revenue accounting processes. This position supports both corporate and travel‑agent accounts while collaborating with finance teams to deliver timely financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily sales reconciliation and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliation statements.
• Account, post and reconcile sales transactions in Oracle accounting software.
• Manage Travel Agents and Corporate Clients accounts, including posting and reconciliation.
• Reconcile cargo, courier, and excess‑baggage transactions.
• Post BSP sales and refunds.
• Ensure all sales and bank postings in Oracle match sales reports and bank statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification (ICAG, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proactive, able to prioritize tasks and multitask while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP Business One.
• Experience using Oracle accounting software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
