Robotics Data Collector (Ghana)

About the role

CNTXT AI is seeking a Robotics Data Collector to capture high‑quality multimodal datasets for training next‑generation AI models. You will work hands‑on with cameras, sensors and robotic platforms in lab and controlled real‑world environments, ensuring that video, motion and interaction data are recorded accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data‑collection tasks using handheld, head‑mounted or robot‑mounted cameras and sensors (IMU, depth cameras) following predefined scenarios.
• Assist in operating humanoid or mobile robots, supporting setup, calibration and hardware monitoring during experiments.
• Review collected data for completeness, clarity and accuracy, flagging missing or misaligned recordings.
• Prepare and configure environments for object‑manipulation, navigation and human‑robot interaction recordings.
• Maintain detailed logs of sessions, equipment usage and any issues encountered.
• Follow lab safety protocols and ensure compliance with data‑privacy and security requirements.

Required profile

• 0–3+ years of experience in data collection, field operations or laboratory environments.
• Background in technical or hardware‑related roles.
• Comfortable working with cameras, sensors and recording devices.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and related tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Required skills

• Camera operation and handling.
