Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

Spinal Clinic Limited is looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Officer to drive corporate partnerships and promote its services across Accra. The role combines client relationship management with hands‑on digital marketing and graphic design tasks, supporting the clinic’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and close corporate deals on a monthly basis.
• Maintain and expand a portfolio of client accounts.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email and online advertising.
• Create visual assets and graphics for promotional materials.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

Required profile

• HND, degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong oral and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead multi‑task projects.
