Sales Consultant – Account Management & Revenue Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our sales team and act as an extension of our organization. The successful candidate will build and nurture relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of customer support representatives to meet customer needs.
• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team to maintain high service standards.
• Operate the company’s automated phone system, schedule calls, and handle customer inquiries.
• Research and qualify leads before closing deals.
• Implement and maintain an effective system for tracking and handling all inquiries.
• Participate in weekly trainings and conferences.
• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales targets.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication with clients regarding issues and concerns.
• High attention to detail and ability to make decisions while collaborating with others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
