Sales Consultant

About the role

Jobberman is hiring a Sales Consultant in Greater Accra to drive sales and revenue growth. The consultant identifies and cultivates relationships with prospective clients, understands their needs and offers tailored solutions, representing the company's products or services and guiding customers from first contact to closing the sale.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking events, referrals and online research.
• Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their business challenges, objectives and requirements.
• Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to show the features and benefits of the offering.
• Present proposals, quotes and pricing options, address objections and negotiate terms to secure the sale.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to spot new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progress using CRM software.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients to foster long-term relationships.
• Improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training, workshops and self-learning.
