Pharmaceutical Sales Officer

About the role

Darkoa 360 Limited, a Ghanaian-owned start-up focused on wellness products, is hiring a full-time hybrid Pharmaceutical Sales Officer based in Accra, with some flexibility for remote work. The salesperson promotes and sells the company's flagship product, the Ahomka Heat Patch, builds customer relationships and achieves sales targets on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Ahomka Heat Patch to pharmacies, hospitals, chemical shops and physiotherapy and wellness centres.
• Identify and develop new leads and conduct product demonstrations.
• Provide customer support and maintain records of sales performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and run sales campaigns.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
• Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation and customer engagement.
• Ability to sell large volumes of products to pharmacies, hospitals, chemical shops and physiotherapy and wellness centres.
