Partner Operations Executive, Anglophone Africa

About the role

RightCom, founded in April 2013, is a leading customer experience management company in Africa, offering cloud-based CX software, management consulting and CX BPO. Its growth is driven by a partner ecosystem across Africa, and it is recruiting a Partner Operations Executive to manage, enable and grow its network of strategic partners so they can market, sell and support RightCom solutions effectively. The role suits a relationship-driven, process-oriented professional who enjoys collaboration and building win-win partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new partners and make sure they fully understand RightCom solutions and sales processes.
• Design and run partner training, certification and performance monitoring programs.
• Coordinate partner agreements, incentive programs and reporting cycles.
• Maintain accurate partner data and performance dashboards.
• Work with Marketing and Sales to co-develop campaigns and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Act as a key liaison between partners and internal teams for escalations or support needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in partner/channel operations or sales coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on partner performance.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or Zoho Bigin.
