Sales Executive – Automotive & Aviation

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive vehicle sales for both new and used cars, targeting individual and corporate clients across Accra and Tema. You will be the primary point of contact for prospects, guiding them through the buying process and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential customers interested in purchasing vehicles.
• Promote and sell new and used vehicles to individual and corporate clients.
• Respond to inquiries, provide accurate information on models, features, and pricing.
• Arrange viewings, test drives, and follow‑ups with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate sales and work towards achieving assigned targets.
• Generate leads using social media, online platforms, and personal networks.
• Stay informed about vehicle specifications, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong interest in sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Valid driver’s licence is an advantage.
