Sales Representative Internship

About the role
This full‑time, on‑site internship supports the sales team of Lesso Ghana in promoting its building‑materials portfolio. You will gain hands‑on exposure to sales processes, customer relationship building, and the construction industry while working in Kumasi.
Key responsibilities
- Visit customer locations to present products and gather market information.
- Prepare basic sales reports and assist with follow‑up on inquiries and orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information.
- Support local marketing and outreach activities.
Required profile
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn technical product features and work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Ability to travel locally for customer visits and work on‑site in Kumasi.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools for preparing reports, presentations and documentation.
