Sales Marketer

About the role

The Sales Marketer will work on‑site in Accra, promoting AssureAdvisors' insurance products and generating new business opportunities. You will act as the bridge between the brokerage’s network of agents and prospective clients, helping them understand and select appropriate coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective individual and corporate clients.
• Explain insurance options, prepare tailored proposals and follow up to close sales.
• Generate leads through networking, events and basic marketing activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and policy servicing.

Required profile

• Strong sales and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to learn insurance products and brokerage processes.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage time independently.
• Comfortable working on‑site and coordinating with an independent agent network.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
• Microsoft Excel and general Office software competence.
• Effective use of email for client communication.
