School Growth Executive

About the role

Classfeel is a startup that helps schools keep parents informed and involved in their children's education. It is looking for a confident, persuasive School Growth Executive to bring more schools into its network, based in the Accra and Tema region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit schools in your area to introduce Classfeel Book
• Attend meetings with heads, proprietors, administrators and PTA leaders
• Negotiate and close subscriptions, and collect signed agreements or payment confirmations
• Onboard new schools by entering their data accurately onto the platform
• Keep a record of leads, visits and sign-ups and share a weekly progress report

Required profile

• Confident communicator in English; Twi, Ga, Ewe or another local language is a plus
• Experience in sales, marketing or education is an advantage but not required
• Comfortable using a smartphone, spreadsheets and basic apps
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willing to travel regularly to schools in the Greater Accra region
