Security Coordinator (On-site, Accra)

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Security Coordinator to be based on‑site in Accra. The role will oversee physical security measures, raise security awareness and coordinate the implementation of security protocols across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor physical security systems and environments.
- Develop and deliver security awareness programmes for staff.
- Coordinate the rollout of security protocols and procedures.
- Oversee guard force management and related operations.
- Support information and cyber‑security initiatives.
- Design and execute security management strategies to mitigate risks.
Required profile
- Experience in the Ghana Military or Ghana Navy.
- Prior experience in security coordination, especially in high‑risk or complex settings.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in Security, Risk Management or a related field.
Required skills
- Physical security and security management practices.
- Security awareness and risk mitigation techniques.
- Guard force management.
