Senior Application Support Specialist

About the role

The Senior Application Support Specialist will provide production support for Transmed’s enterprise applications, ensuring smooth operation, timely issue resolution, and effective change management across both internally developed and vendor‑provided systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd‑level technical support for enterprise applications, handling incidents, problems and service requests.
• Coordinate application releases, upgrades, and new implementations, including testing, impact analysis and documentation.
• Work with business units and IT teams to configure, maintain and troubleshoot applications in the production environment.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, service level targets and escalation matrices.
• Provide user training, guidance and documentation on application features and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to resolve issues, apply corrective changes and review performance.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification as indicated in the posting.
• At least 1 month of relevant experience in application support or IT operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.
