Senior Buyer

About the role

The Senior Buyer will lead strategic sourcing for raw materials, equipment and services supporting Keda Ghana Ceramics' manufacturing operations. This position reports to the Procurement Manager and works closely with production, finance and quality teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance and ensure compliance with Ghanaian procurement regulations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate internal demand forecasts and procurement plans across departments.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with Ghanaian procurement regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using procurement management systems.
