Senior Consultant, Media, Communications & Creative Strategist

About the role

Women In Tune International is seeking a senior consultant to lead communications, creative design and digital media for its 25th Anniversary celebration. The role is full‑time, primarily remote, and requires a blend of strategic thinking, graphic design expertise and hands‑on digital production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and publicity strategy, including campaign plans, content calendars and media relations.
• Create and produce high‑quality flyers, posters, banners, invitations, brochures, newsletters and other promotional materials while maintaining consistent branding.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms, manage digital campaigns and track performance.
• Produce and edit promotional videos, teasers, motion graphics and multimedia presentations.
• Coordinate with the CEO’s office, international leadership and the anniversary planning committee, managing project timelines and reporting progress.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of professional experience in communications, media strategy, branding, graphic design or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and creative campaign work.
• Excellent English copywriting, editing and storytelling skills.
• Professional maturity, reliability, discretion and ability to meet deadlines.
• Committed Christian who respects ministry values and resides in Ghana.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
• Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
• Additional expertise in Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Blender, Figma or other professional creative applications is a plus.
