Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who treats infrastructure as a product and automation as a core mindset. You will design and build cloud environments from the ground up, create reliable delivery pipelines, and enable engineering teams to ship quickly while maintaining stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple projects and environments.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Provision resources with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Pulumi and automate configuration with Ansible.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized workloads in Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, etc.
• Enhance deployment reliability through release strategies, rollback mechanisms, and secrets management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and delivery efficiency.
• Mentor team members and champion DevOps best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar.
• Deep knowledge of Terraform (or Pulumi) and automation tools like Ansible.
• Extensive experience with AWS and familiarity with Azure and/or GCP.
• Solid Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Good understanding of networking, DNS, security, TLS, and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and communicate technical trade‑offs clearly.
