Senior DevOps (Platform) Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps (Platform) Engineer who treats infrastructure as a product and automation as a mindset. You will design and build cloud environments from the ground up, create reliable delivery pipelines, and enable engineering teams to ship quickly while maintaining stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple projects and environments.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Provision and maintain infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized workloads in Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, etc.
• Improve deployment reliability through release strategies, rollback mechanisms, and secrets management.
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance developer experience and delivery efficiency.
• Mentor team members and champion DevOps best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps/Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar.
• Solid background in AWS; familiarity with Azure and/or GCP is a plus.
• Previous agency, multi‑client, or consulting experience is advantageous.
