About the role
Are you an accomplished marketing professional with the experience, strategic vision and leadership ability to build and lead a high‑performing marketing department? A reputable marketing company is seeking a Senior Marketing Lead/Head of Marketing to direct its marketing operations, lead its team and drive its next phase of business growth.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of proven marketing experience
- Experience in a similar senior or leadership position
- Strong expertise in traditional and general marketing
- Knowledge of digital marketing and modern marketing strategies
- Proven ability to lead, manage and inspire a marketing team
- Strong strategic planning and business‑development capabilities
- Excellent communication and decision‑making skills
- A results‑oriented mindset with executive leadership potential
