Senior Marketing Officer – Optical & Health Services

About the role

The Senior Marketing Officer will lead corporate and B2B revenue growth for an optical and health services provider. The role focuses on prospecting, relationship management and converting institutional and corporate clients into long‑term accounts, with a strong emphasis on field‑based activities and direct revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire corporate clients, institutions, NGOs, schools and industrial organisations.
• Lead structured sales presentations, negotiations and secure corporate eye‑care contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR managers, procurement teams and key decision‑makers.
• Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business, contract renewals and branch referral traffic.
• Conduct regular field visits, organise corporate eye‑screening campaigns and represent the company at trade fairs and events.
• Provide market intelligence, track competitor activity and recommend growth strategies.
• Collaborate with optometrists, branch supervisors and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within retail, healthcare or optical sectors.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and corporate relationship management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding and customer engagement.
