Senior Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative will lead the development of distributor and farmer networks for agricultural inputs across Ghana and neighboring West African markets. You will promote pesticides, fertilizers and seeds while providing technical guidance on pest and disease management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop distributors, large‑scale farmers and agro‑retailers in Ghana and neighboring West African countries.
• Promote pesticides and fertilizers, offering technical guidance on pest and disease management solutions.
• Negotiate orders, prepare quotations, and manage payment, shipment and after‑sales service.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, pest outbreaks and policy updates.
• Attend agricultural exhibitions and conduct field visits to customers.

Required profile

• Integrity and strong pressure resistance.
• Excellent communication skills and a long‑term market development mindset.
• Result‑oriented, capable of working independently and willing to travel within Ghana.

Required skills

• Professional knowledge of crop pests and diseases.
• Understanding of agro‑chemical product characteristics.
