Senior Software Engineer

About the role
The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex, high‑performance software systems. You will work across business units and affiliates, translating business needs into robust technical solutions while mentoring junior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, high‑performance software.
- Provide technical direction, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews.
- Contribute to system architecture, including microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and help define technical roadmaps.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
- Proven experience in a senior or technical leadership role.
