About the role
The Shea Sustainability Supervisor will support the implementation of Wilmar Africa's sustainability agenda across the shea value chain, working directly with farmers, communities and internal teams to strengthen traceability and responsible sourcing.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of shea sustainability programmes and initiatives.
- Engage with farmers, communities and local stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and sustainability reports.
- Collect and analyse field information for programme monitoring.
- Support traceability, sustainability and compliance activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Renewable Natural Resources, Agriculture, Consumer Sciences, Geography, Humanities or related field.
- Previous experience within the shea value chain is a strong advantage.
- Strong report writing, documentation and data management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in field‑based environments and engage with diverse stakeholders.
