About the role

PROJECT 7 LIMITED is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead daily operations on a construction site in Wa Municipal District. This full‑time, on‑site position involves coordinating crews, managing equipment, and ensuring that all work meets safety, schedule, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise daily site activities.
• Allocate tasks to work crews and monitor performance.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of heavy equipment.
• Track materials, supplies and equipment usage.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Report progress and issues to project managers.
• Identify and implement improvements to site processes and workmanship.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a site foreman, supervisor or similar role in construction or civil works.
• Strong supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with crews, contractors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and ability to enforce them.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
