Site Nurse – Primary Health Care & Safety

About the role

Form Ghana Ltd is looking for a proactive Site Nurse to deliver high‑quality primary health care, manage the on‑site clinic and support health‑and‑safety initiatives for its employees in Berekum.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the site clinic, providing primary health care to staff.
• Accompany injured or ill employees to external health facilities for further treatment.
• Conduct medical examinations for new hires and provide first‑aid training.
• Record all treatments, illnesses and injuries in the health and accident systems and produce monthly reports.
• Deliver health‑related training sessions and assess their impact.
• Collaborate with health authorities and the H&S Officer to improve employee health management.
• Supervise and develop the Health Care Assistant.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee health information.
• Order medicines and essential supplies for the clinic.
• Participate in end‑of‑month Health and Safety meetings and quarterly clinic audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Nursing and registration as a nurse.
• Minimum five (5) years of nursing practice experience.
• Familiarity with Ghana Health Service guidelines.
• Knowledge of Basic Life Support, risk assessment, health and safety, and quality assurance.
• Valid National Health Insurance Card or equivalent.
