About the role

You will help Onyx understand audience responses and turn those insights into stronger content and campaign decisions. The position blends publishing, measurement, trend monitoring and creative judgement to keep communications effective across channels.

Key responsibilities

Plan, publish and measure content across relevant social platforms.
Maintain content calendars, campaign briefs and ensure basic brand consistency.
Monitor audience feedback, trends and performance signals.
Prepare concise reports on reach, engagement, growth and campaign learnings.
Translate findings into recommendations for future content, campaigns and brand communication.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field.
Strong writing, editing and visual judgement with familiarity of major social‑media platforms.
Experience using analytics, content‑scheduling, design or video tools is an advantage.

Required skills

Meta Blueprint certification (or similar).
Google Analytics.
HubSpot.
Google Digital Marketing certification.
